Meet Monica – Sweet, Soft-Spoken, and Full of Heart

Monica is a gorgeous, gentle, affectionate kitten who warms up quickly and enjoys being near her people. She’s playful but chill, and has the cutest little kink in her tail. Letting her chase her favorite string toy will make you her best friend.

While she can be independent, Monica loves companionship. She’ll quietly settle next to you on a fuzzy blanket watching you work, and wait for her cuddle time. She's social with other cats and finds comfort in calm surroundings.

Monica would do best in a home with adults or older children, as loud environments and young kids aren’t her style.

If you're looking for a quiet companion with a loving heart and playful spark, Monica is ready to meet you.

Most of Dexter's Kitties are fixed, chipped, SNAP combo tested and vaccinated for their age. The adoption fee is $150 for a kitten, $225 for two kittens. If you rent your home, we respectfully ask for your landlord or management company's information to confirm pets are allowed. If you own your home, we will check public records to confirm.

If the cat is still on our website, that means the cat is still currently available. If you have questions, your inquiries will be given priority if you submit an application at  www.DextersKitties.org . We are a volunteer team and try to respond as quickly as time allows.

And finally please remember that cats can live more than 20+ years, so this is a LIFE TIME commitment.  Please make sure you have the financial resources to cover emergency vet bills if your cat gets sick, a stable home, and someone to take the cat(s) if something heaven forbid happens and you can no longer care for them.  Thank you for adopting a rescue cat!
