Meet the lovely, easy going and super playful Josephine, a combo between a torti and a calico. She is gentle mannered, and likes all people.  She’ll happily chase strings, her little stuffed animal and even her tail for hours on end. Josephine takes pride in grooming her beautiful fur.  We almost called her Wonder Woman because she looks like she’s wearing a little gold tiara or headband.  Your heart will melt when she stares at you with her bright golden eyes. She's a large cat with an athletic build. She takes up your entire lap when she's sitting on it!  We don’t know how she’ll do with another cat or dog, but she seems to be content as an only cat.  She is OK being left alone for several hours a day, but is very happy to see you when you're back. If you’re looking for an independent, gentle, and fun loving cat to brighten your days, Josephine is your girl!

All of Dexter's Kitties are fixed, chipped, SNAP combo tested and vaccinated for their age. The adoption fee is $125 for a kitten, $200 for two kittens, and $80 for a cat older than six months. If you rent your home, we respectfully ask for your landlord or management company's information to confirm pets are allowed. If you own your home, we may check public records to confirm.
